Phil Palmer is an extraordinary guitarist in his own right and is probably one of the most versatile guitarists on the planet. He has sessioned and played with all kinds of people throughout his career.Check out Phil Palmer's spectacular guitar chops on the late Italian artist Lucio Battisti song "Con Il Nastro Rosa" (released back in 1980).Mr Illsley is and always will be a competently average bass guitarist.As a vocalist, I'd prefer someone else to perform these songs though.
