yea ive read that interview too. its a shame that john has hundreds of songs recorded but doesnt want to put out an album. doesnt make sense to me. its not like, its gonna get any mainstream recognition anyways. i just want john to tell us whats going on, from his own mouth

yea back when he was young he didnt want to be famous but hes come to terms with that, as hes said in more recent interviews. plus, his fanbase is nothing compared to rhcp and he stayed with them for ten years since his return in 98. if he really wanted, he could play these small clubs and only sell 100-200 tickets, if he still prefers smaller crowds

@Cooderospie i know. it'd be unbelievable to hear those songs live. though there are a lot of instruments so it would sound stripped down. i hope he tours soon though. he has a much bigger fan base now then when curtains came out in 2005
