Gotta give him major props. Great song, and he - and the video director - makes it an extremely entertaining video to watch, even though he is the only one in the entire video. Well done on all levels.

Ya gotta know the man, the songwriter he is, his history.....and you have to see him live! He only gets better with age! Proud Faithful since 1983 when I was sneaking into bars with a fake ID!;-)

This video sure beats the one of the "boys" in Joe Boxer shorts ringing their bells. BTW, someone said this video has nothing to do with "jungles". It depends on how you define jungles and in what era. This is more in line with the older "blackboard jungle" type of the 50's... not tropical jungles.

Was thinking the same thing myself! I guess this was this guy's biggest hit. He had a kinda cool name. John Eddie. This video reminds me of the film Eddie and the Cruisers.

Please don't insult John that way. Though Blago may be singing this tune in jail by now.

Fooling No One Music

I found John Eddie by accident. I bought the "F--king Forty" single at a thrift store. Some of his newer songs are really good. And if you are in the NY/NJ area, he perfroms here. I plan to go see him in January in AC. Search his name and you can find more info on his website.
