Forgive my ignorance. I, as well never heard of him, which is sad, because I thought I knew of all the Jazz greats. What a sad, sad tragedy that he was snubbed by the Grammy's. But, that's what the Grammys' are known for; To eliminate the TRUE GREATS, and make no mention of their True Contribution to the Music Industry.Very sad.
