Villanova Junction is an excellent blues progression. they just don't make the blues that way anymore. in my opinion

It's all opinions and it's all good. I personally prefer the "pace" of the Woodstock performance. It's my favorite JH song. I do NOT like the "upbeat" pace of this. Sooooo... I changed the speed to 75% and it's unbelievable. Even though the end does drag at that speed.Give it a try. Thanks for the upload.

Really sucks that Experience Hendrix folks feel the need to monetize Jimi's beautiful musicwhen we need it he most. They have zero connection to the tunes, yet all the legal power.

It's funny how jimi would sign any contract just to have his music recorded and put out to so cats could listen to it; the irony is that his half sister is basically trying to block anybody from listening to jimi via commercialism.  if you want to listen to voodoo soup by mca, it's impossible now.  there are a few tracks you cannot find anymore from that pseudo release.  and the alan douglas stuff like crash landing and midnight lightning are considered bootleg stuff...even though it was released in 1975.  life is funny.
