I love this live version. Jimi does some interesting chord changes he doesn't do in the studio version. While I wish the footage survived better what can you do. As a kid in the 80's I never thought's I'd see any footage of him other than the woodstock movie and looks what's out there now thanks to youtube!

I feel blessed to have survived long enough to see all these live Hendrix performances on YouTube. Searched for a live "Manic Depression" - and this seems to be all there is. While I'm certainly grateful for what it is, it still is "a frustrating mess". I pity anyone who claims The Experience was only about audio: you've missed so, so much...
