OMG haven't heard this in years,I sang this in the 4H talent show back in elementary school was so nervous I wet my pants mixed up some of the lyrics and was terrible,but I just smiled a lot and tried to work the cute little kid thing and wound up in second place.After that I retired from singing. I woke up with some of these lyrics in my head this morning-- could NOT place the singer. Was thinking Linda Ronstadt... I went through a Jennifer Warnes phase when I was young. She's under represented on YT. There is lots missing from her body of work here; there isn't even a complete copy of her original version of "It goes like it goes" from the sound track of Norma Rae. At one time I had about 3 different copies of "Famous Blue Coat" If I can find one I'll upload it. Was there ever a cd made of her "Shot throught the Heart" album?
