The Lebowski-looking dude is the great Scott McCaughey (Young Fresh Fellows, Minus 5, REM, Baseball Project, Venus 3, etc.). He's a fantastic songwriter. He co-wrote 'The Family Gardener' w/ Tweedy. It appears on the Minus 5 album Down With Wilco, where Wilco plays McCaughey's backing band on several songs.
