This is actually a few weeks before he recorded it in Memphis :) according to the Jeff Buckley biography 'A Pure Drop', it was the venue's 10th anniversary and the legendary Lou Reed was in the house. Jeff also played Grace with Gary Lucas whom he originally co-wrote it with.10 years ago
