I used to feel the exact same way most of the people commenting here do. I ended up getting into a lot of jazz a couple years later and lately some artists like Tigran Hamasyan and honestly this whole album blows me away! I remember hearing this album when it was coming out and i was thinking "Oh know he's not going to be coming back for a while" as a SOAD fan but now i listen to it and i hear some revolutionary jazz. But hey i guess that's just me

Hello people. I am reading all the comments of the video. And I am fed up with the people who only talks about System Of A Down. I think a musician has to do what the musician wants. The musician is the person who makes the music, who has got all the ideas. I don't understand why you guys only want Serj to join back with SOAD, if Serj wanted to do a Jazz album, perfect. You are obsessed with SOAD. I like SOAD too, but I sincerely prefer Serj by his own way. He is very creative and he has an enormous ability to make really incredible masterpieces. So if you like Serj, you have to respect his choices, even if he isn't going to do more concerts (he's only done one in 2014). Don't be this way and open your minds musically. I think it's beautiful to listen a hard and strong song and then listen to a ballad. Well, that's my point of view. If you get angry, I am very sorry. I don't want to offend anyone, I only wanted to exhibit you my opinion and say that SOAD is a good band but Serj is great as well. System Of A Down isn't all.Thank you.

Been a big fan of your work for a long time, Serj, but I somehow completely missed this album until a friend of mine recently played it for me on a road trip. It is absolutely fantastic, and definitely comes very appreciated and highly recommended for anyone who even remotely digs jazz. My only qualm is that there just isn't enough of your incredible vocals on the album, heh, but the instrumentals are spectacular and I can't find it in myself to dislike even one of them.9.5/10P.S. Guest performance by Stew Copeland on this particular track made me smile :)

Wow, i was so excited when i saw that Serj brought out a new album. And then i hear this. I'm pretty sure he is a talent who can make any type of music with such a great perfection. But YOUR voice is saved and loved in songs like Chop Suey or Wave on or great songs like that. I just miss your voice in new rock or metal songs :(
