just had this thought, performers nowadays are like those sparkle sticks, you know fun for a while, a tad underwhelming. Janis is like fireworks.

No, no....if you turn the volume all the way up, this guy is screaming/from the audience, and she said to HIM, "Get out of my f-uckin face". Had nothing to do with the band.

i agree with you. looks like somebody in the crowd was fucking with her and she let 'em have it!! Janis wasn't afraid to speak her truth. We don't have chick singers like her anymore and probably never will unless the music biz starts to serve artists rather than the other way around

There was only one Janis, and there will never be another. I was a teenager in the late 60's. My dad hated rock music. The only rock artist I ever played for him that he actually liked was Janis, and he used to ask me to play her for him on the stereo. He said she sounded like she was telling the truth. The highest compliment you can pay a blues musician I think. Kind of funny that he couldn't stand stuff like the Carpenters but liked Janis. Janis and Italian opera.....

she isn't happy with ANY of them here - look at her face at the end like "what was that?" she sacked all of them soon after

Why are you spouting shit? She took the guitar player and the bass player from Kozmic Blues to form Full Tilt. She certainly didn't despise the entire band.

It is CLEARLY someone in the crowd she is pissed at for heckling her. Unless of course the band played from the audience.

she dropped this band soon after this she hated them and the feeling was mutual

get out of my face isn't a phrase that even existed in the 60's! lets beg to differ - my interpretation makes much more sense though you 're just guessing

You got it completly wrong. She was angry at someone in the crowd. She says :-.."Get out of my face." It's nothing to do with the band, who performed exceptionally well (very tight). She turns to the band after this "outburst", to give the band the "que" for the full on power burst...after her improvisation.
