Lovely music. Mellifluous, moderately heavy, sweet vocals. I wish there were more music of this kind out there.

"Tired themes" - translation: real life. They might seem to be more pedestrian or reality-based, but that also makes them a bit more relatable and relative to daily life for those of us who don't ride dragons under rainbows or slay trolls in dungeons with a +5 Bow of Godly Power.

I can't say enough good things about this entire CD. This is by far, the best thing LaBrie has ever released, and I thought Static Impulse was great (and of course, I'm a DT fanboy), but damn, this entire CD has more hooks than a Tackle Store... and this song is just one of the best ones on there.

Couldn't agree more. Static Impulse was about the same, and, while I know LaBrie doesn't write all the lyrics for Dream Theater--those lyrics seem to follow a pretty standard set of tired themes as well.

Incredible musicians, Labrie totally sounds like he did in his heydays (ref: the vibrato on 'course' in the line "..when I veer so far from the course" and the pre-chorus in general). Best purchase this year so far!

Don't we have a genius in the house. Would've been called "Macbeth" otherwise, Dr. Smug

it is catchy at best the lyrics seem juvenile.

Who You Think I Am or Euphoric from Static Impulse are much better tbh.

Great album. His vocal parts on Dream Theater seemed a little simple and safe lately, but this more than makes up for it.

So far the best Labrie's solo album, simply awesome!

I am a big fan of Dream Theater, so it is perhaps easy to think that this is too simple stuff for my taste, but actually it is refreshing to hear more straightforward stuff sometimes. This song is simply catchy as hell, and I just love it. And I love LaBries voice too, Dream Theater wouldn't be the same without him.

Could've been a lot more without the lacklustre lyrics :P I like it but it isn't very memorable.

Lyrics sound like they're straight off the Disney channel :P

Best I've heard him actually. The wimpiness a lot of ppl don't often like in his voice ain't on this track. Solid.
