agree 100%! Hallowed ground also brings back memories of my teen years...the Femmes got me through those years in a positive way and will always be a part of who I am. I should write them a thank you letter, funny how certain music can mean so much to us. They are THE only band I can honestly say I am a 'fan'. Other music I enjoy but will never be a fan as such. @mymayapapaya listen to there other songs or go back in time , its what we needed , what we loved, until vera katz ex mayor of portland found out they where playing for canned food to help the poor. she built a fence around it and charged $ to get in the next summer . the bands and the people did not show . the city still had to pay the bill for that fence lol
