Imagine a bunch of strings in a line. You know when you listen to a song like this, elaborate and lengthy, that every time you listen, parts of the string come together? Well listening to this version and watching the video, the last verse, and last piece of the string, finally connected for me. I cry to this song nearly every time I listen, but never so much as I did now. I live for these moments.One of the best pieces of poetry and song that has ever graced my ears and emotions.

if that doesn't give you chills and tears, I don't know what will. I love how the audience is so intent on him, they really enjoy just seeing him do and play what they've heard before from him but not like the moment they're experiencing. that's what live shows are about. that crowd got it. that's what music is about, sharing that creation.
