the bassist spoke out on a forum years before this was released. they were like 15/16 year olds from Scotland going to see Sabbath in the late 60's and i believe opening up for Sabbath before Sabbath was as well known. this song was written as a tribute to black sabbath so when they received a certified letter from sabbath's manager they thought it was to join a record label. but instead it was a cease or be sued. so these songs remained on reel to reels for years until Monster Records worked out something and this was released officially like in 2010. the talks began around 2005/06 on music distribution hellride oldies forum. \m/
