Pretty awful video. Obviously not live, but playback. The tune is just great, and could be done nicely live, but then you must have full focus to two lead singers (one male, one female) to have them emphasizing the magic moment of the tune (at 3.30). They do a little something, but the video production doesn't help us and where is the female lead who should build up the tension up to that point? So, two things are missing: True live music and good video production matching the tune.
