I think I actually submerged these memories of teh early 80's. Funny thing is, now when I hear them I have a certain iroic thrill out of the whole experience. Not all of the 80's was greed and beemers. Thanks for posting this, jsbx5 I needed that :)

It's funny, being a kid in the middle of nowhere (suburbs of Chicago), had my parents not gotten a "GINORMOUS" satelite dish, I'd had no idea Canada even had an awesome music scene (MuchMusic and MusicPlus) ... Even comparable to the great music coming from britain.. Shame, so many ppl from the states even remotely heard this... Sad...
