This is a great recording. As a youngster I had the unique treat of meeting Helen Forrest in beautiful South Philadelphia. She was a lovely and talented lady. A few years later as an adult I also had another unique treat, going to The Blue Note in Manhattan's Greenwich Village and getting to meet with the other great star on this recording, Artie Shaw. As is probably widely known, he was a bit of a difficult personality, but he was decent to me and we did chat a bit. I was honored by each .
