I still prefer Bon Iver's version. This song is based on really wise, calm, deep words, they mean a lot because they make you realise you can be sad, express this sadness, and still have hope for a better future ; they're not cried out like a lot of broken heart songs, at least they shouldn't be.That's why I really enjoy Bon Iver's version. It's sad but kinda got a happy tone at the same time, one of the best songs for a broken heart.

I loved someone very much I tell her everyday. I always tell her good mornings, good nights, and i tell her she is beautiful everyday. I support her in the choices she makes we talk to each other everyday and everyday i always try to make her laugh and smile. I asked her out once she liked me but we never dated. Why? I don't know but she still have feelings for her ex. I loved her so much and im always thinking about her everyday. Right now we are very good friends but im so hurt because i know that all the love i showed and gave will never be returned to me. She did say she appreciated everything i did for her but it just hurts so much, loving a person and they don't love you back. Recently, i told her "I know that we are good friends right now and all but what if i court what would happen? Im just curious." We stopped talking for a few days now after that. This is killing me i can't stop thinking about her maybe ill just move on and give up this fight.
