I want to use my Traktor Kontrol S2 Mk2 internal sound card when I DJ, but when I plug in to the main out, my audio comes out distorted. It sounds phased, like the L and the R signals are just not aligned properly, it's hard to explain. Or sometimes it'll come out with absolutely no bass response at all and the quality sounds like an iphone recording or something. How can I get my routing set up right? Please help

Hi, I'm using the Behringer BCD3000 and Traktor Scratch Pro 2. Im trying to cue tracks only through my headphones, but it doesn't work. Done a lot of research, resulting in this:Preferences > Audio Setup > Select Soundcard  > (restart Traktor > ) Output Routings > Output Monitor: Monitor: L - Output 3 > Monitor: R - Output 4 > Master: L - Output 1 > Master: R - Output 2 > set all Imput Routings to 'Not Connected'The main problem right now is, I can only select 2 outputs: Speaker L and Speaker R.I connected both my speakers and the headphones to the BCD3000 instead of my PC.Could you tell me what to do?PS: tell me if you need to know anything else

Cheers for the reply m8, unfortunately when i start up Traktor without the S2 connected, or just disconnect the S2 (its still mapped with the set up wizard to the S2) it just says "connect controller" . I can edit tracks in the library etc and load songs into decks, but i cant play them at all. Any ideas?

When you upload your S2, Traktor should switch to using your built in soundcard. When you plug your S2 back in, it should switch back to the S2.

Excuse the perhaps obvious question, but what settings would i need to JUST use traktor with my pc and not have to connect my S2? Say i just wanna spend half an hour beatgridding per day but i dont want to have to keep connecting my S2 up? All i would need is to be able to use the mouse to load tracks, beatgrid & save etc and obviously being able to use the speakers i have attached to the line out on my PC soundcard so i can listen to any errors?
