This is the only one song in which Rina and Keika sang (substantially) solo parts. This song is contained both in their third single "Night of Fire" (Dec. 2005) and in their album "Super Euro Party" (Mar. 2006). This dance performance is contained in "+Video Disc" versions of the single and the album above (Note that the region code of them is 2 [Europe, Japan, etc.], not 1 [USA and Canada]).

"San" means "three" in Japanese. But in part [3] of the lyrics, a pun on this word is used to mean "sun" in English. {Other Japanese numerals used in the lyrics are as follows. Ichi [one], Ni [two], Yon [four], Go [five]. By the way, "no" in "Ichi(1)-Ni(2)-no-Sun[San(3)]shine" (second line of [3]) is a Japanese word (usually it means "of"), not "no" in English.}

These words are written as "NOMAL" in the card of the discs. It seems to have two meamings. On the one hand it means "normal" in English, on the other hand it hints "no Maru" in Japanese. "no Maru" means "round as" or "roundness of". Perhaps, you suspect that in order to mean "no Maru" the notation must be "NOMARU", not "NOMAL". But there is no discrimination between "R" and "L" in Japanese consonant system (though standard Japanese pronunciation has only "R" without "L"). Moreover, "R" and "L" are voiced consonants. So, even when people pronounce only a consonant "R" or "L", these phonetic sounds are somewhat similar to "RU" or "LU".

This is a quotation from the other lyrics of a famous song in Japan. It is "A Song of Gondola" (1915). The song was used in the movie "Ikiru" ("To live")1952 directed by Akira Kurosawa. The first part and fourth part of this song (as below) were sung by the leading role who was going to die of cancer.
