He oído miles de veces decir que Jimmy Hendrix no es el mejor por el hecho de no tener el virtuosismo que tienen los guitarristas como Damian. Jimmy no era solo tocar, fue uno de los fundadores del movimiento hippie, junto con otros tantos que no eran los mejores en lo que hacían, pero lograban la representatividad que requería la sed de libertad de aquellos tiempos. En habilidades Jimmy no fue el mejor, pero sí fue uno de los fundadores de los solos de guitarra en el rock.
