lol dude the only skill that you should look for in a mc (a hip hop artist who actually takes their craft seriously and not someone who makes elementary shit just to get popular and become a crappy overpaid pop rapper), the ONLY skill that anyone listening to hip hop should look for is the way the mc rhymes, how he/she rhymes over a beat and how well they articulate themselves talking about whatever, not how much skill it takes to play instruments.

who gives a shit? its hip hop, a genre based around the lyrics, cadences, the flow, and the way you project overrall on the mic, but then again i dont expect you to have a clue about hip hop and the culture/idea/theory behind it in the first place cause you're biasely too hung up on the fact that it lacks instrumentation, chords, melodies and the singing that you find in rock and metal right? first learn about hip hop from mainstream to underground and all its variety before u shit on it

what makes u think im not familiar with metal? because i said cannibal corpse is terrible? haha dude fyi i listen to metal. here are some of my personal favorite bands: death, opeth, cynic, atheist, testament, exodus, entombed, bloodbath, coroner, kreator, iron maiden, nile, melechesh, meshuggah, megadeth and control denied. Interesting u said cc used to be good but i never liked them at all. alex webster is a good bassist and i like his work in blotted science but thats about it.
