MasterMarf, not only dutch people can buy weed. the law has chaged indeed. in future you need a kind of a passport, a licence you have to show in the "coffeeshop". but its not in all cities yet. in the most of the shops in the nothern you still just can buy without it. :-) i live in the near of a'dam and we dont need such a "licence". buts not cheap. one a gram e.g. of silver haze will cost around 9 euros. and one gram isnt much!
