this was just a laid back version, the '75 Motorhead version is just heavier, but the best is Hawkwind's Live 2002 version - its got loadsa power!

This song lets the listener understand how Dave and Lemmy get along. After all Lemmy was sacked from the band for his little accident entering Canada. The situation unfolds that business is still adventure; remember Hawkfest? Lemmy's Moterhead has ran strong since the band started. Dave and Lemmy have performed together with Hawkwind to play Silver Machine years later.

@Twaters1967 I listen to both Hawkwind and Motorhead and there both great bands. But to say hawkwind is shit is wrong, hey if you dont like thats cool but you dont have to spew your hate on a great band.
