I had never heard of Hawkwind until reading one of Pete Frame's books...this track and Silver Machine are my 2 fav Hawkwnd tracks thus far..is Huw playing a ES-135?

YO, I have been a fan of HAWKWIND since 1976! I live in New Jersey. This band was the inspiration for soooo many sci fi and fantasy books and games! But yeah most in the US missed these guys, probably becaues of Pink Flyod

great line up great days and even went to see huw with his own band in newport south wales around this time ,saw him at hawkwinds 40 party in porchester hall ,looks a tad older but still entertained us . saw hawkwind for the fourteenth time 2 weeks ago and they put on a superb performance ,and alan davey was amazing at the sonic solstice fest in builth wells this year
