Is Tommy White the steel guitarist on this video? I have a CD called Hank's Greatest hits with most of the recordings featuring a steeler who goes berzerk on Oklahoma Hills & A Six Pack To Go, just wondering if it's this picker?

Late in his life he lived in Sand Springs, Oklahoma in a development below Keystone Dam. My father-in-sold him firewood and said he was one of the nicest persons he ever met.
