Saw Halford open for Maiden at MSG in 2000 .. I am a huge Maiden fan but Halford blew them away that night

Let me tell you that without the overdub that are on that record, you can clearly hear that during the ressurection tour...

So glad they played and modernized these old school songs. Priest's songwriting was at its best in the 70s but the production was pretty weak (especially compared to Boston and Van Halen). Hearing them in full 2000s glory shows you how goddamn heavy they are.

you are right in everything you say but as a singer too (not halford style although i love his voice) , i want to let people who use high-pitch notes while singing that they sound better if you put a more crunchy edge at the tone of your voice. its a killer combination when you have a crunchy and high pitched voice at the same time.

Rob definitely warmed up very well prior to this concert. An absolutely Incredible performance from everyone. As a Singer myself and a Halford Clone I can't stress enough how important it is to warm up those vocal cords. Want to maximize your vocal capabilities? "Warm up" well before you perform! and if you aren't the type who thinks your as good as you can possibly be and want to learn how to sing better, then hit up up Kevin Richards. Rock the stage NYC Dot Com. "Amazing" Courses I Endorse.
