A Non:Guy is singing about Dublin, Texas...you are correct. Or so says Texas shared wisdom. However, Dublin is not home of Dr Pepper--that's Waco. The Dublin Dr Pepper bottler is just the last of breed to still use the cane sugar formula instead of corn syrup. (For which they have my ongoing gratitude.)

There's a Dublin in all those places too? I just assumed he was talking about Dublin Texas (home of Dr Pepper).

Probably Dublin, Ireland because he mentions the Spanish Steps, which are in Rome, plus the David (Florence) and the Mona Lisa (Paris). He also mentions London and Spain. So fair to guess he wrote it on a trip to Europe.

Does anyone know if he's singing about Dublin, Ireland; Dublin, Ohio; Dublin, Georgia or any other Dublin in the States or elsewhere for that matter that I don't know about?
