Jazz-fusion band "The Aristocrats" (Marco Minnemann - drums, Guthrie Govan - guitar, and Bryan Beller - bass) gave three mesmerising concerts in Vladivostok and Nakhodka in December 2012. Their visit was supported by the U.S. Consulate General in Vladivostok, Primorye Regional Philharmonic Hall, music clubs Shiber and Cat'N Clover. The project took place under the auspices of the U.S.-Russia Bilateral Presidential Commission.
Джаз-фьюжн группа "The Aristocrats" (Марко Миннеманн - ударные, Гатри Гован - гитара, Брайен Беллер - бас) дали три незабываемых аншлаговых концерта во Владивостоке и Находке в декабре 2012 года. Их визит прошел при поддержке Генерального консульства США во Владивостоке, Приморской краевой филармонии, музыкальных клубов "Шибер" и "Кот и Клевер" под эгидой Двусторонней Российско-Американской Президентской Комиссии.

Fascinating reactions from people. All are reasonable. Its not sentimental, no 'emotion' you know brooding shit like the blues or something or a sense of resentment. Its music ex mens sana corpore sano. Western music. Frankly I'm sick of people trying to 'say something'. Actually I'm sick of people. No, these guys aren't saying stuff they are doing stuff. Its like a circus act, an amazing physical performance. And they can do musical humour without being crude. They say the scherzos of classical composers are not really funny like Shakespearean jokes aren't either. But these guys can do funny music. I think you have to get really sick in your soul of normal stuff first before you turn to this.9 years ago
