I like Gungor. So talented. Depending on which side of the fence you are on, he doesn't seem to be overtly Christian. As a Christian one may think he's trying to hide it; as a non-Christian you may never know he is a Christian (I think he is). I would argue that he is not being bold enough in proclaiming Jesus. Great music and talent though. D

"Momentary carbon stories, from the ashes,Filled with Holy Ghost, Life is here now,Breathe it all in, let it all goYou are earth and wind."This is my favorite part. I like the science-part of it merged with the God part. This is by far, my favorite song of all time.

Josh, it's not a Nord it's a MicroKorg. She apparently doesn't want to advertise that she is using a Korg so she put gaff tape over the name on the back.

P.s. I also mean't to say that without faith it is impossible to please God; Hebrews 11:6. Faith is what pleases God not merely good works because we can only Love and Obey God if we believe He is who He says He is. Isaiah 40:12-31 and Romans 11:6.

O.K., so I just read the Gungors' 'What Do We Believe' blog on their Homepage. I can't agree with what they are professing in that the creation 'stories' are just that . . . stories. I believe in Jesus Christ (as I think they do too). I believe that He is the word of God and that the Bible is the Word of God. Therefore I view the Bible as having the same authority as Jesus Christ to shape and guide my life. Simply put I believe that they are both true. Every single part. I have Faith in the bible Because I have faith in God. If I question the Bible 'stories' I question God. I question His ability to do the impossible. I question His ability to heal and deliver from evil. I question His ability to be born of a virgin, crucified, buried and risen on the third day (all things which intelligent man and man made/governed science finds a little hard to believe). If one part of the Bible is false then what is stopping the rest of the bible from being false as well? And if I a mere man who is seeking Truth and Life determines what is Truth and what is Life; is it really Truth? Is it really Life? In the end I am like Paul. I am determined to know nothing but Christ and Him crucified. The bible accurately portrays Jesus Christ from Genesis to Revelation. The God I believe in is more than able to create the universe and all that dwells in it in 7 days. He is more than able to be born of a virgin, Die on a cross and be raised on the third day. He is God. Is there anything too hard for Him? Who do we really believe in? God or Science? Who is our final authority of the foundations of our belief? Without faith it is impossible to please God Hebrews 11:6. Are we calling God a liar when He says He created the world in 7 days simply because we don't believe? Faith comes from the Word of God Romans 10:17. If we fail to believe His word, can we say we truly believe in Him? Why is it impossible for the world to be formed in 7 days and a flood to cover the whole earth and an ark to house all the animals of the world within? Why? Because God says so. . . or Man? And if man; What is man but dust, Psalm 103:14 and the grass that fades; Isaiah 40:7-8?I really liked the song. I thought it was a beautifully poetic rendition of man's frailty and inherent need of a Great, loving God. It humbled me to see how great the love of God is for me a 'momentary, Carbon copy' of life Himself. The same Humility that ushers me in to understand this same Great God who made the world in 7 days and rose again on the third day whenever I open my Bible and read the very Word of God.

+gridironcorner09 I think he is trying to convey the message that Isaiah 40:7-8 and Psalm 8 speaks. Man is frail yet God has chosen to make Him something strong and Beautiful in His love. What I make out from the bridge is: As the light lights up the skies, we will fight for our lives. She repeats light and fight a couple times. At the end he says man is momentary carbon stories, rising from the ashes filled with Holy Ghost,Life is here now, Breathe it all in, Let it all go, You are earth and wind. I think its a beautiful song. Hope that helped :)
