If you watch any interview with Gungor you will see that the meaning behind them is not that God is about death. It is about the fact that God can create something beautiful (such as the flower) out of all the death and destruction that fill this earth. The skulls represent earthly sins and death not any kind of attribute of God.

yeah i know thats the reason for all the skulls and flowers. God does make beautiful things out of the horrible things. i was just saying what i said because its annoying to have someone think someones not Christian because of something like skulls

The reason there are skulls and things like that on the cover is related to the name of the album and the title song "Beautiful Things". Skulls and cross bones and the guns a knives and other things in the pic are seen as something evil or ugly. They took those things and made something beautiful out of it, which is what God does and that what they say in the song "Beautiful Things", just saying. :-)

look im a conservative republican and i dont find a problem with all the skulls and other things on the cover. im a metal head so i dont see a problem with it. so dont be acusing him of being a conservative just because he said that theres a problem with the skulls. you can be a liberal and and have a problem with the skulls on it. I'm not even trying to be rude there, that's an actual call to take off the blinders. it's called symbolism, and theres a ton of it in revelations if you've ever read the Bible.
