Mitch Gallagher demonstrates the ultra-compact TC Electronic Ditto looper pedal. This is a looping pedal designed for guitarists and bassists looking for pure simplicity. You can record a loop, overdub as many times as you like, and erase the loop all from one footswitch. A Volume control for the loop is the only control.

Mitch also shares a Tech Tip on the difference between pedals with buffered inputs vs. pedals with analog dry-through.

So I have the same looper, but it pauses for ~half of a second after each loop, making it hard to play along. Do you guys know any way I can fix that problem?

This is really frustrating that I'am asking this question to you TC electronic guys:Your videos broadcasting every youtube channel saying that:This is truebypass, the whole record itself is analog. Yeah, those are the truth. HOWEVER, the pedal itself cannot support us to go through with lead solo, once you recorded our loop. The most basic feature that a looper has to have is to make sure we can go through with the looper, once we recorded our loop. BUT THIS DITTO, just plays back what you recorded and do not permit the player go through with the pedal. Be sure of that you will not be ABLE to hear any sound from your amp, while its playbacking your loop. It simply blocks your ongoing playing efforts and just lets itself to playback. To your naked guitar sound, you need to clear all loops and put the pedal off mode. SO that you can hear. Now I'm asking,Really is that what a guitarist expects from a looper pedal?Let me answer, NO!!!I want my looper to help me to run my jams without any other obstacle. And in the videos you presented your product in youtube, there is no sign of this reality. This is a real frustrating situation for me and I believe the other guitar players who wants to practice or come up with a new jam.Verdict:Paying money to purchase the promises of TC electronic guys already made is a BIG BIG mistake that a guitarist can make. Go find some other product which really can help you with your dreams.

Dude, well done on the lesson...when you introduce a product you have to dumb it down, and you did it with class...lol That was fun, I have that damn pedal and now I can finally use it, pretty damn simple...
