The reason this song wasn't on a main album is that it was a concept track that they cut; Phi Life Cypher got together with them to modify a handful of tracks, and most of the G-Sides album was made in a similar fashion.

@persiyan88 The only thing that might be a bit unfair is the way the ''stupid music fans'' fans judge about artists. They think a band like Pearl Jam, Gorillaz or Dream Theater is just ''one of those strange alternative rock bands''. Oh man, they wouldn't want anyone to see them listening to that. You know what I mean? Man, if your friends wouldn't want to be friends anymore just cus of your music choise, you can start wondering whether you have any friends at all...

@persiyan88 True, but I think it's stupid to compare those songs and artists to a group like Gorillaz. Those ''shitty'' artists and fans of their music have a whole diffrent view on music, it's just music for the masses, they enjoy it, the artists enjoy making it and get rich, and we don't have to listen to it. I can't see what the big deal is ^^. I just don't think there's anything bad about it. Oh well, you were just making an obversation :).

@Brutalyeah I'm just making an observation. Thing is, I listen to the radio, and there are great artists, but also there are artists that come up with the same songs over and over again, but even those songs are catchy. But I can objectively determine those songs suck because their lyrics mean shit and their rhythm is in every other song, and while it's catchy, in a couple of months everyone will forget about it. And in 20 years no one is going to be calling the majority of those songs classics.

Listen bro, Gorillaz might not be LMFAO or Eminem, but it's still mainstream as fuck. But what I actually came to say: WHO CARES WHAT'S MAINSTREAM? Man, I listen to anything from death metal to tupac and I'm enjoying the hell out of it, listen to music for yourself man...
