This is the AAF recording. The civilian band broke up in the summer 1942. Ray Eberle was fired in August of '42. This one here is the '43 version, and it sounds like Sgt. Johnny Desmond and The Crew Chiefs have the vocal. Great tune! I really like that Glenn had a string section with the AAF band.

This is a low-fi poor quality recording the only benefit being that I think it is Ray Eberle on vocals. The later AAF band recording is much better but there the singer is Gerry Desmond
