Great song, and great movie. The soundtrack was a success, but sadly the movie wasn't. Sure is a shame because I liked it. Nothing about it was Oscar-worthy, but George Strait proved an effective actor as he is a singer, and it was enjoyable. Though sadly, because the movie bombed, I doubt George will ever do a leading role in a movie ever again.

I agree with "drewbaby84": This is currently my favorite King George favorite, and that's a really, really tough decision because most of his songs ARE my favorites! Mel Tillis and Wayne Walker wrote a great song! Thank you so much for sharing it with us all and listing the writers.
