I really don't dig what he did with the head at all, but the solo is great.

Huge fan of Geroge Benson! He is swingin mad hard on this one!! His style is all his own and he kills it here like always. If you all enjoyed this one, check out my live version of this tune and many other jazz standards with my quartet on my youtube channel!

@Lukasoncapeta I've only got "Giblet Gravy", it's with an orchestra and latin percs, Herbie Hancock and Ron Carter, the album definitely has killer riffs, check it out!

@Lukasoncapeta Check out "Uptown" with George Benson and the greatest Benson album of all time undoubtedly is "THE COOKBOOK" dig the cook book if you want to hear this cat play in prime time with Dr. Lonnie Smith in the late sixties. This stuff is kinda weak its Benson just melt the mainframe over electronic drums and electric bass.

I love Benson's style!! I was hoping if someone could point out some albums where he plays the guitar exclusively, because I only own a few of his singing albums, which are great but are not much of a study ground of his playing style...

Mickey Tucker, pianist, has a wonderful sense of rhythm and integration - much, much missed... I have been listening to this for 20 years and still love it.

This is a great album. I seem to recall Witchcraft also being my favourite. Actually I bought this album about four times in various different configurations about ten years ago just to make sure I had all the tracks from the date. Another of the key albums that taught me how to play guitar, and one I haven't listened to for too long.
