The seamless, flowing monotony which haunts most parts of this album really enhances the fine storytelling in a way that never comes across as redundant or boring. A fine example of how layering and good use of musical interaction can make the simplest chord progression captivating. Wonderful!

Dark Side and Wish You were always the top 2 progsymhorock albums for me. But since bands like IQ, Pendragon, the "new" Marillion and especially Gazpacho I know their is more.... Tick Tock is a Dark Side. So beautiful, haunted, gets under my skin, this is what music is about. Tick Tock captured my soul. This is what's music about.
