it was a pleasure to meet him at WREK (ATL- huge transmitting capacity college radio-Georgia Tech (I had been a Friday afternoon 2hour guest on a weekly "Catfish Blues show" or something (usual stuff: some live solo originals, , talking about gigs(1 of em soon to be at The Wreck Room college busy Bar about a mile away, their playing a few of my"semi produced non solo songs from on casseette&etc & all of the sudden (after about 1 hour and 45 minutes of me being on air with dj) a song is on and 3 other young dj's(&or intern) are running around going crazy> "Ronnie Montrose is being driven over right now to 'pump' his gig 2nite at ATL's The Masquerade.&Derek St. Holmes wife (Julie) is bringing him now" =total pandemonium. they found BigBadMotorScooter and more! He & I talked and with on air dj and it was funny, cool, intersting, and un forgetable.He was a total "ripper", no doubt Oh , and like my facebook friend Bob Malone said a few hours ago if ya can't drop names on facebook where can u ! (ps: unfortuneately I am not in Bob M.'s league to be doing such ! -rite 2nd ps: keep an open eye for my next cd by March 1, 2014
