Gallhammer is not about excellent technique and virtuosity, they try to create a dark, depressive atmosphere with a focus on feelings of despair, misanthropy and suicidal urges. They never claimed to be good at their instruments, just like Venom never claimed to be good at their instruments. They just try to create an atmosphere and they do that damned well to my opinion.12 years ago
