Franz Reuther (born 18 July 1941), better known as Frank Farian, is a German music producer and singer-songwriter. He started out as a trained cook before moving into the music business. His musical productions (with Benny, Gilla, Boney M., ERUPTION, Precious Wilson, FAR CORPORATION, MILLI VANILLI, Meat Loaf, CHILLI, LA BOUCHE, NO MERCY, Daniel Lopes and other artists) have won more than 850 gold and platinum records (totally more than 850 million records worldwide).
