I see all the comments about Whitney vs. Levi (4 Tops). Whitney had a once in a generation voice. Both versions stand on their own and it's up to the musical ear of whoever is making the comment. My preference is for this version. The best thing about music is real artist's can redo or interpret another person's song and make it their own. I had to grow up before I could appreciate this version. The 4 Tops were one of those old groups my mother listened to.5 years ago

The words of this song..deep and thought invoking. To me it reminds of a love long lost that still holds a place in a locked away chamber of your heart. A love that touched your soul with happiness and who allowed your spirit to roam free as if you could fly. Someone that we lost for what we thought were greener pastures only to discover that those pastures were laced with land mines.
