@SmurfDrums310 NOT going to happen with this band. They will NOT allow fights in their concerts, period. Its a free country, they can set their own rules , they do NOT have to follow the traditions of the 'mainstream's' way of making money if they don't want too. And they will NEVER shut up. Thats just not what they do. Their lyrics in their songs is truly how they feel.

Its all about respect in a pit, letting everyone mosh and don't get upset if someone hits you, just keep going its a pit. Plus its when kids start push pits that it gets out of control.....

@madchief2000 There's a difference between incidental contact and intentionally trying to hurt someone. There was a great pit at a Flatfoot56 show I went to. Lots of contact, pushing, shoving. No fists. I accidentally hit somebody with a fist pump, he just turned, I mouthed sorry about that, and we went back to rocking. Then there are the guys who go into the pit swinging and flailing.

@SmurfDrums310 @itarmenia4ever Scream the Prayer is not a mainstream venue. Nobody who shows up at an event with Prayer in the name should not be shocked at a Christian worldview being "smeared" across their face. It's not like they're preaching from the side-stage at Warped.

@itarmenia4ever this isn't their worldview "interwoven" in their show, this is their worldview smeared across your face, arguably, during one of their most musically impressive and moving songs. there's nothing indirect or tasteful about it. he's out of place.

@dopeyjr33 asking alexandria and bmth aren't a golden standard for anything. at all. although, a skinny ass scene white kid blabbery about parties and drugs, if anywhere at all, is appropriate in a hardcore music venue. but a metal band, in a metal venue, playing a metal show to people who payed for exactly that to cause such a fuss about moshing? or fighting as the case may be? do you see the contradiction here?

@katinkers Hey man I worked security that night and what happened was way more than 2 people fighting. It was more like 20 people. Some dude got hit and acted like a child and started a fight. If you don't wanna get hit then go home stay away from the pit! The camera didn't get all of the fighting it was all over the floor.

As long as you know Christians have just as much right to free speech and freedom of religion as anyone else. I see bands that spend time talkin about drugs, sex, booze, etc. I'd rather hear somethin with more substance. They play how many shows and he only has stopped a song once (that I know of). I understand why it bothers you. Dude, there are other live videos of seraphim on youtube. ;)

@katinkers But who's to say they didn't finish the song, or start it over. They obviously don't stop every song when the pit gets intense. Something inside Mattie was telling him to say something, because someone probably needed to hear it that one night. Yeah, it is a little weird, maybe annoying that he did it in the middle of a song. But there a far worse things musicians have done in the middle of songs. Hey man. I respect your opinions. We might not always agree, but it's cool y'know?
