The seraphim is the four creatures that stand before The Lord, day and night singing "holy holy is The Lord god almighty who was, & is, and is to come" they're always on fire for God! Hence those four creatures in this video, we too are the burning ones, we burn for God, Mattie is tell us, the burning ones to burn and let the whole world see!

As far as this whole debate about if, is, or isn't it a "Sin" to have a tattoo or to mark one's body, I have debated it and prayed about it for years myself and I always come back to this one scriptural statement: "There is no condemnation in Christ". For me that means as long as I live in the Will of Jesus/God and am earnest then having a tattoo, let alone anything else, will not damn/condemn me in any way to begin with. That said though, if God convicts YOU about something then best heed it.

The old law, but fulfilling it. He wasn't here to abolish it. There are references to him stating the obvious "eye for an eye", but that was about compassion. Historically, it was referring to the transition between human-produced sacrifices to sacrifices of the heart. Going to "turn the other cheek" was about him fulfilling the wrong doing nature in the historical texts to make it one of forgiveness. So, that's all. Check it out, and thanks for a civil conversation. Refreshing to say the least

If you look into the contextual setup for that section, it's about separating yourself from the sinful nature and ritualistic ways of the pagans. It wasn't blanketing statements about doing it or not. Look up the original Hebrew and Greek, and I think that will shed some light. One thing that I want to say is, be careful about saying Jesus fulfilled the old law. I would make sure you don't use to to say that the old laws don't apply, because they do. The Bible very clear about him not replacing

Matt, in Leviticus 19 it tells you not to mark your bodies with tattoos or to cut your body for the dead. I don't believe it is a sin to get a tattoo because Jesus came fulfilled the old law and created new law. But with that being said, I just wanted to point out that there is biblical reference stating not to get a tattoo.

It is not a sin to either pierce nor tattoo your body. Nothing in the Bible supports this idea. I have been doing a lot of research into it, because I wanted a tattoo. The Bible states that we are not to mark ourselves with labels and images depicting Satan or a false belief. We ARE to treat our bodies like temples, but it would not be disobeying God to get a tattoo. I would say do a quick Google search and look at the context of all the passages relating to them. You will be surprised.

Everyone talking about tattoos, it is NOT a sin to have tattoos. A lot of people got this from the book of Leviticus because people would mark their bodies and worships false Gods and the dead. Now keep in mind tattoos back then were different then now. These people would scar ,burn, and brand their bodies. Your body is a temple. I believe if a tattoo is biblical then how is it trashing your body?piercings that's another arguement .

It's the way of man to judge someone on their apperances then what is in a mans heart. God always has been after peoples hearts. While our bodies are a temple and we are to correctly steward them, Cain received a mark (Tattoo) that said no one could kill him, check out genesis. Bondslaves had their ears periced to show who they belonged too, Paul was a bondslave to christ. God is also very personal, so it will be different for every person. God's just bad ass like that.

The seraphim are the four angel's of god who carry coals of fire. One at each corner of the throne of grace. They each have a different face. One with the face of a lion, one with an Ox, an Eagle and a man. They have those faces as they are each one of god's faces. (The hebrew: Yohd-Vay-Vahv-Vay, the four faces of God) The seraphim are still very active today. Enoch and Isiah being some of the first to have their coal of fire touch their lips and have their transgressions and iniquity burnt away

He does say dont alter your body. but most people from the hardcore christian community come from a life without christ. But also its just not the hardcore community who has tattoos and stuff. But honestly God loves you know matter what. I mean I was born and raised christian and I have Piercings and Tattoos. I don't think people really listen to this role anymore. Its kinda of the generation we live in. But its not a sin at all. he just doesnt want you to alter your body at all.
