This is the 4th song I've listened to from 'Fight The Silence', to see if I like this band. So far they're quite good, but jeez these lyrics are very generic. Don't lie, you've heard a variation of them 100 times already from 100 other bands. Granted, some bands are doing it because they're "hard" or "emo" or some shit, and these guys are preaching religion, but still, they're pretty terrible.And also, I might be atheist but I still gather that if you're christian you're supposed to follow jesus / god and they are higher than you etc.. So why is Mattie speaking from the point of view of jesus? Is that not contradictory to his faith? It's a cool idea but I get the idea that you ain't supposed to be doing that kinda shit if you're a follower of jesus. Correct me if I'm wrong people.

The blood of the matyrs is the seed of the church. This song is seriously convicting. I love Jesus and i like metal so I was happy to find this band, but this song is exceptional. It begs the question, how could you die as a martyr for Jesus if you don't live for Him on the daily? Faith is more than sundays. If we live for Him, He will give us the strength to die for Him. Sure, the murderers might "come face to face with a faith that they can't ignore," but even then our faith is weak. May Grace be given for them to see Him as beautiful and repent before He comes to judge. Christ died as savior, but He's coming back to judge the quick and the dead and no one will be exempt. Every eye that has ever lived will see Christ, and affirm that He is LORD. Its in the bible. Thank you +ForTodayVEVO

I love this band. I love the fact that they master the sound, and brought it to God's altar. And anyone who feels Christian metal isn't really Christian needs to re read Matthew.
