A 1971 release from this great girl-group, this was coupled with "Little Darlin'" for their first single after following writer/producers Wayne Bickerton and Tony Waddington from the Deram label to Polydor. This clip seems to have been filmed around the entrance to Bath Abbey. The song itself was a hit for Gladys Knight & The Pips in 1967, but the Flirtations give it a nice treatment of their own. It would be nice to see their Polydor and RCA material from the 70's get a CD release...

@davidbarrett1949 Did you find the Gladys Knight version, that is what I was looking for , but have'nt found it yet. This version is nice, but not so smooth as the Gladys knight one.

Yes, it's Bath Abbey, and I can just about make out the name in the sign in the opening shot. Just some other west country 70s pop film locations are Oh What A Circus by David Essex (1978)filmed in Clifton Catholic Cathedral in Bristol & Love Grows by Edison Lighthouse (1970) filmed on the steps of the Victoria Rooms, also in Clifton, Bristol. They're both on You tube.

What a find... I'm sure that's Bath abbey in the background - being a west country boy I notice these things
