I saw in an interview that he was the one who owned a kit so he just started being the drummer because they didn't have a full time drummer. Apparently some people were saying shit like oh whys your drummer suck and stuff like that at first and they wrre like oh take it easy he's only been playing like a year give him some time. I remember seeing a vintage video of George Kollias when he was young, about 5 years of experience, and he was average at best. There is no "plainly better" , Paoli is inexperienced. Paoli will one day be better than George and you will eat your words.
