Oh, one more thing.......A very poignant part of this video: when the camera flashes to the different faces of all the kids of all colors. No arguments, no fighting, all facing the same problems in life, but saying fuck it and jamming out in harmony to Fishbone. That is some powerful stuff.

It is a god damned shame that the original lineup of this band imploded the way it did. This song, this album, this video, and Spike Lee directing.........was the shit!If you have not seen the documentary, watch it. It goes deep into the burned bridges between all the guys and it is not sugar - coated bullshit.

I was watching a Starz channel and came across these guys. They came about just as I was settling down to a very hectic time in my life, kids and career. Too bad music has to be pigeon holed and radicalized. Black people didn't like their sound, yet Columbia promoted them as "black music" by black musicians. This band kicked ass on stereotypes.
