The only reason why I hate the unreleased versions is because Fiona's vocals sound either too modified or sounds like she's sedated. Like she didn't even try to sing the songs she wrote. Also the instrumentation overpowers her voice. Overall I like certain aspects of both versions, but on this song, I like the released version better.

I can see how people could be turned off to this version because of the overproduction but I just can't get over the strings on this version.

Fiona herself said she was unhappy with it. I personally prefer the released version for this particular song, though I agree the unreleased version is generally better

I am still not sure about these 2 different album versions. Was it Fiona who was not happy with the original tracks or was it Sony who forced her to redo them? I for one love the grittier angrier original version. Still it is kind of cultist and psychitzophrenic for Fiona to come at us in a 2 pronged assault armed with 2 entirely different and distinct versions of one album As far as I know that has never been an album released and leaked at roughly the same time in 2 different versions

@Mrlitoxxx She redid the entire album because she wasn't happy with it. The first version internet leaked and was never officially released. Thats why theyre both out there

@badmouthsadmouth I also think that! But everybody says this version is better. I think the music in here is cool, but in the album version the voice is so saaad, so emotional!
