This my cover of the beautiful instrumental piece "Nemo Egg", which is one of my absolute favorite Thomas Newman songs. Recorded as a birthday present for a friend using Cubase 5 and a few different instruments. It is not exactly like the original; but hey, that's what makes it a cover and that's what makes it my own.

i have an internet friend who i consider my marlin and she lost someone she held dear to her a couple years back. i still remember our panic while she was texting me. i don’t know her personally but i know that i felt terrible that day because i wasn’t physically there to help her out. marlin, im pretty much going to link this song to you anyways so you might as well find my comment, haha... im so sorry about nemo. i know you still miss her and there’s nothing i can do to bring her back but know that im here. ill always be here to lift you back up when things are down. we can be each others home for as long as we want. just keep swimming, alright? love you- doryps : dont cry ! its gonna be okay. id send you a tissue all the way there but i dont know how, hahah
